About The Position

K Health is seeking a Senior Director of Clinical Recruiting to lead the in-house clinical recruiting efforts. This role is responsible for architecting the clinical workforce for a rapidly growing AI-enabled virtual primary care platform. The Senior Director will report directly to C-level executives and will own the strategy, execution, and scaling of the clinician workforce nationwide. This high-impact role requires leveraging a proven recruiting playbook, a nationwide clinician rolodex, and operational expertise to partner with internal leaders and external health system partners to meet dynamic hiring demands during a critical growth phase.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of talent acquisition experience, with a heavy emphasis on healthcare recruiting and clinical hiring.
  • 3+ years of direct experience scaling a nationwide primary care or telehealth clinician workforce within a fast-growing virtual healthcare organization.
  • Proven track record of developing and deploying sourcing playbooks and leveraging a deep, active network/rolodex of primary care clinicians.
  • Demonstrated experience navigating and managing complex internal and external health system partnership requirements.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience working in a venture-backed healthtech or high-growth startup environment.
  • Deep familiarity with clinical credentialing processes, multi-state licensure nuances, and telehealth compliance standards.

Responsibilities

  • Design, execute, and scale an end-to-end recruitment strategy for primary care clinicians across all 50 states to meet clinical and business demand.
  • Collaborate directly with the CMO, executive leadership, and external health system partners to align talent supply with clinical demand and growth initiatives.
  • Build agile pipeline strategies tailored specifically for virtual healthcare environments and rapid-growth organizations.
  • Utilize an existing network/rolodex of nationwide primary care clinicians and deploy proven sourcing playbooks to accelerate hiring.
  • Establish recruitment SLAs, track key metrics, and continuously refine intake and interview processes to optimize candidate experience and time-to-fill.
