About The Position

A growing healthcare organization is seeking a Director of Recruiting to build a high-performing recruiting function capable of supporting rapid organizational growth. This role goes far beyond filling open positions. The ideal candidate will create scalable recruiting systems, improve hiring processes, develop sourcing strategies, implement recruiter KPIs, and ensure the organization consistently attracts top talent before hiring needs become urgent.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of talent acquisition leadership experience
  • Experience leading recruiters and recruiting operations
  • Strong background creating recruiting infrastructure and scalable processes
  • Data-driven with strong analytical skills
  • Experience developing recruiting KPIs and hiring strategies
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the organization's recruiting function
  • Design scalable hiring processes and recruiting workflows
  • Develop sourcing strategies for clinical and non-clinical positions

  • Coach and mentor recruiters to improve hiring outcomes

  • Analyze recruiting metrics and continuously improve hiring performance
  • Optimize recruiting technology, automation, and recruiting operations
