The Director of Recruitment is a member of Peregrine Team's senior leadership team and leads all recruiting operations across the organization. This role is accountable for recruiting strategy, workflow and process design, team performance metrics, market trend analysis, and building a scalable recruiting team that can grow with the business. The Director leads and develops the recruiting team, setting clear performance expectations, monitoring metrics, and coaching recruiters toward consistent, high-quality results. This role owns the structure, standards, and development that allow the team to deliver at scale. The Director also ensures the team consistently delivers for clients, maintaining strong talent pipelines, high standards of service, and full compliance with hiring requirements. Working in close partnership with the Business Development team, the Director helps translate client workforce needs into qualified talent, and remains available for key client meetings and escalations.
