About The Position

The Director of Recruitment role exists to provide consistency, compliance, and execution across recruiting and onboarding for assigned regions. Ignite Medical Resorts is a state-of-the-art rehabilitation resort that combines uncompromising luxury, never-before-seen amenities, and the highest quality care to provide a superior, rapid rehabilitation experience. Requirements

  • Consistency, compliance, and execution across recruiting and onboarding for assigned regions
  • Recruiting coordination and candidate flow for assigned regions
  • Offer letter preparation and onboarding processing
  • Background check initiation and tracking
  • License and credential verification with documentation in Paylocity
  • Pre employment readiness and start date coordination
  • Ongoing communication regarding candidate status and onboarding progress
  • Launching VidCruiter and ensuring required screening steps are completed
  • Reviewing background check results and communicating outcomes to the DCE
  • Sending any background check results that are not fully clear or green to the building for review
  • Maintaining communication with candidates regarding interview scheduling and rescheduling
  • Providing DOFIs with a list of candidates to call for interview reminders when applicable
  • Recruiters own the VidCruiter process, will communicate with DCEs on readiness.
  • Recruiters serve as support services to the building and must communicate with the building regarding intake timing and orientation adjustments.

  • Recruiters own the VidCruiter process, will communicate with DCEs on readiness.
  • Recruiters serve as support services to the building and must communicate with the building regarding intake timing and orientation adjustments. Automatic movement to a later orientation without communication is not permitted.
