About The Position

CompassMSP is seeking a hands-on Director of Talent Acquisition to own and execute full-cycle recruiting across the U.S. and Philippines. This role is responsible for running the day-to-day recruiting function from intake through accepted offer and handoff to onboarding while partnering closely with leaders to attract exceptional talent across all functions and levels. Success requires balancing speed with quality, building strong talent pipelines, and delivering an outstanding candidate and hiring manager experience in a high-volume, fast-paced MSP environment. Requirements

  • 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably within the Managed Services Provider (MSP) or technology industry.
  • Demonstrated success recruiting high volumes of quality candidates across all organizational levels.
  • Experience recruiting technical, sales, operations, corporate, and executive-level positions.
  • Highly organized, data-driven, and comfortable working independently with minimal oversight.
  • Strong relationship-building, communication, and influencing skills.
  • Experience with modern ATS platforms, recruiting automation, and talent analytics.
  • Experience managing recruiting vendors and negotiating contracts which may include LinkedIn Recruiter, HiBob ATS, iMocha Assessments, Team Ohana Headcount Platform, Indeed

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with TeamOhana or similar headcount planning and workforce budgeting tools strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full recruitment lifecycle from kickoff through accepted offer and onboarding handoff.
  • Proactively source, engage, and build pipelines of high-quality passive talent across the MSP industry using networking, referrals, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other creative sourcing strategies. This is a sourcing-intensive role where success is driven by finding talent, not posting jobs.
  • Partner with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies and hire exceptional talent across technical, sales, operations, corporate, and leadership roles.
  • Lead recruiting efforts for both U.S. and Philippines-based positions, managing multiple searches simultaneously while maintaining a high-quality candidate experience.
  • Continuously improve recruiting processes, automation, recruiting metrics, and the candidate and hiring manager experience.
