About The Position

Dataiku is seeking a Senior Director to lead Marketing Operations & Analytics globally across the Americas, EMEA, and APJ. Reporting to the CMO and leading a team of four, this role sets marketing pipeline targets with Sales, measures the activities that drive revenue, operates campaign processes, and builds AI agents and workflows for marketers. The position advises marketing leadership on investment decisions and is based in the US. The role owns marketing’s pipeline measurement and performance framework, including funnel targets tied to bookings and ARR, account-based attribution, a shared marketing scorecard, and program and event return analysis. It leads campaign operations in HubSpot and Salesforce and owns the marketing technology stack, roadmap, budget, account scoring, segmentation, routing, lifecycle standards, campaign naming, and data standards. The Senior Director will build and govern Marketing AI agents and GenAI workflows on Dataiku, from ideation through evaluation, review, and monitoring. The role drives adoption and measures productivity gains, using automation and AI to increase team output without increasing headcount. It also provides data for planning and budget decisions, runs quarterly investment experiments, makes performance data self-service, and oversees marketing data quality, privacy and consent compliance (including GDPR), and responsible AI use.
