•$214,900 - $358,100

About The Position

The Senior Director, Global Obesity Commercial Development is a senior strategic leader responsible for shaping Pfizer’s portfolio-level commercial development strategy for its global obesity franchise. The role leads cross-functional strategic integration, drives end-to-end commercial strategy across multiple pipeline assets and indications, and partners with senior leadership on high-impact decisions. It requires urgency, comfort navigating ambiguity, and the ability to move between asset-level detail and portfolio-wide strategic direction. As the obesity portfolio advances toward late-stage development and early commercialization, the position supports portfolio-level strategic coherence, enterprise-aligned decisions, and executional readiness across the franchise. The successful candidate brings scientific and business acumen, sound strategic judgment, and the ability to influence senior leaders and governance bodies. The position is posted in multiple locations. The annual U.S. base salary range is $214,900 to $358,100, excluding Tampa, Florida, and locations outside the United States. The role is eligible for Pfizer’s Global Performance Plan, with a bonus target of 22.5% of base salary, and a share-based long-term incentive program. Relocation assistance may be available based on business needs and eligibility. Candidates must have permanent U.S. work authorization; visa sponsorship is not available.
