About The Position

The Senior Director, Distribution Operations shapes Axon’s global distribution capabilities while leading safe, reliable, and cost-effective distribution execution across the Americas. The role connects enterprise strategy with operational delivery to strengthen customer fulfillment, manufacturing support, inventory integrity, and resilience as the business grows. The position has two complementary mandates: act as the global subject matter expert for distribution operations by establishing standards and guiding capability development across regions, and lead Americas distribution operations with accountability for regional service, safety, quality, cost, capacity, and people performance. Global impact is achieved through standards, governance, and partnership with regional leaders; direct operating accountability is focused on the Americas. The leader builds a scalable operating model across company-operated and third-party distribution facilities, develops leaders, and promotes accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. The role partners with functions across the business to improve operating performance, support growth, and advance Axon’s mission to protect life.
