About The Position

As Senior Director, Distribution Operations, you will shape Axon’s global distribution capabilities while leading safe, reliable, and cost-effective distribution execution across the Americas. The role connects enterprise strategy with operational delivery to strengthen customer fulfillment, manufacturing support, inventory integrity, and resilience as the business grows. The position has two complementary mandates: serve as the global subject matter expert for distribution operations by establishing standards and guiding capability development across regions, and lead Americas distribution operations with accountability for regional service, safety, quality, cost, capacity, and people performance. Global influence is delivered through standards, governance, and partnership with regional leaders, while direct operating accountability focuses on the Americas. You will build a scalable operating model across company-operated and third-party distribution facilities, develop leaders, and foster accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. The role partners across Supply Chain, Finance, Manufacturing, Planning, Customer Operations, Transportation, Procurement, EHS, Quality, Trade Compliance, and IT to advance Axon’s mission to protect life.
