About The Position

SourceBlue, a subsidiary of Turner Construction Company, provides supply chain services for major construction projects, with more than 350 professionals and approximately $1 billion in annual equipment and materials procurement. The Senior Director, Digital Transformation manages and executes SourceBlue’s global technology vision and leads digital transformation across its supply chain enterprise. The role modernizes core operations through AI, automation, advanced analytics, procurement technology, and scalable eCommerce platforms. The position leads deployment of an integrated Source-to-Payment procurement and workflow platform, intelligent automation across supply chain operations, and secure, high-performance digital commerce ecosystems for global customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders. It partners with SourceBlue leadership and Turner Construction and Enterprise Services IS/IT teams to integrate digital capabilities across business functions and deliver measurable business outcomes.

Requirements

Accredited bachelor's degree.
15 or more years of progressive technology leadership experience.
At least 5 years of senior-level technology implementation leadership in global supply chain, procurement, distribution, industrial, or logistics sectors.
Strong business acumen and ability to bridge technical and commercial strategy.
Data-driven and innovation-oriented approach.

Ability to operate in complex, matrixed organizations.

Deep experience with Source-to-Contract technology platforms.
Experience with contract lifecycle management, supplier management, and spend analytics systems.
Familiarity with procurement platforms such as Coupa, Ariba, Ivalua, or Jaggaer, and/or experience building proprietary Source-to-Contract solutions.
Experience implementing AI/ML models in operational environments.
Experience deploying RPA and workflow automation solutions.
Experience building enterprise data and analytics capabilities.
Successful deployment of global B2B and/or B2C eCommerce platforms.
Knowledge of modern commerce platforms such as Salesforce Commerce Cloud, SAP Commerce, Magento, Shopify Plus, or custom headless architectures.
Experience integrating digital commerce with ERP and supply chain systems.
Strong process management and systems thinking to leverage business data.
Domestic and international travel.

Responsibilities

Advance and execute a multi-year enterprise technology roadmap aligned with corporate growth strategy.
Digitalize existing business operations and transform processes using integrated platforms, AI, automation, cloud modernization, and advanced analytics.
Transform legacy systems into scalable, API-driven, cloud-based platforms.
Champion data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Partner with SourceBlue leadership to embed digital capabilities across sales, procurement, operations, risk management, and finance.
Partner with Turner Construction and Enterprise Services IS/IT teams on collaborative solutions.
Implement AI and machine learning across supply chain functions, including autonomous sales operations, predictive pipeline models, equipment and workforce demand forecasting, intelligent procurement, sourcing agents, and predictive workforce planning.
Create a supply chain digital twin for scenario simulation and real-time visibility of materials and equipment, vendors, and logistics.
Develop an Executive Command Center for supply-chain risk management and controls.
Establish enterprise data architecture and governance to support predictive and prescriptive analytics.
Build internal AI capability while strategically leveraging third-party platforms.
Lead deployment, integration, and optimization of proprietary or hybrid Source-to-Payment procurement platform components, including workflow automation, strategic procurement, sourcing and RFP processes, supplier and spend management, and contract lifecycle management.
Ensure platform scalability for global supplier networks and integrate Source-to-Payment systems with ERP, finance, and logistics systems.
Drive user adoption and commercial enablement of procurement technology.
Evaluate build-versus-buy strategies and manage platform vendor relationships.
Lead global deployment and scaling of B2B and/or B2C eCommerce platforms.
Architect high-availability, secure, and scalable digital commerce infrastructure.
Oversee integration with supply chain, pricing engines, and CRM platforms.
Enhance digital customer experience through AI-driven omnichannel capabilities.
Drive digital revenue growth and improve conversion performance through testing.
Manage technology budgets and the investment portfolio.
Build a data governance framework that ensures accuracy, compliance, and accessibility.
Develop scalable data lake and analytics architecture.
Create an API-first integration strategy for ecosystem connectivity.
Standardize global enterprise architecture across platforms.
Establish product management discipline across digital platforms.
Foster a culture of innovation, agility, and continuous improvement.
