An inclusive environment at rag & bone upholds our original values by encouraging employee connection and empowering each individual to have a voice on policy, process and collaboration for a more equitable future. rag & bone is seeking a strategic, collaborative, and highly creative Senior Director of Brand & Product Marketing to establish brand positioning and develop annual brand, category and product marketing strategies for Menswear across RTW, Accessories, and Footwear. This individual will lead brand moments, set seasonal campaign and go-to-market strategies, and oversee the seasonal briefing process to deliver cross-channel narratives that power our wholesale, retail, digital, and brand marketing ecosystems. Reporting to the Global VP of Brand & Product Marketing, this role is the central hub connecting Creative, Merchandising, Design, Planning, Retail, Wholesale, eCommerce, and Communications.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in brand or product marketing; Menswear experience a plus.
  • Proven success in establishing global brand and product marketing campaigns.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Thrives in a collaborative organization, fluent working cross-functionally.
  • Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel internationally up to 30% of the time.
  • Go getter; takes initiative, willing to roll up sleeves and jump right in.

Responsibilities

  • Brand & Product Marketing: Thought partner to Design, Merchandising, Marketing, Creative, PR, Wholesale, and Retail channel leadership. Translate design and merchandising intent into brand and product marketing strategies. Establish brand positioning for Menswear across Black Label, White Label and Miramar and build action plan to bring to market. Lead Menswear brand moment development, inclusive of collaborations and experiential. Oversee the briefing process for all Menswear campaigns and brand moments. Develop a consistent framework for product naming, feature/benefit storytelling, fit guides, and category positioning. Integration into seasonal design process to influence early product briefs and line development with market, trend, and consumer insights. Influence creative development—from campaign concepts to PDP naming conventions—to ensure product is at the center.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy (Global): Architect cross-channel launch strategies for new collections, brand campaigns, product heroes, capsules, collaborations, and category developments. Own the seasonal GTM calendar; align all marketing, creative, eCommerce, retail, wholesale, and communications functions to deliver fully integrated launches. Oversee the development of seasonal campaign toolkits. Ensure product stories adapt seamlessly across channels: campaign, retail windows, email, paid social, organic social, site, press, influencer programs, in-store events, and wholesale accounts.
  • Consumer Insights & Market Intelligence: Be a student of the Menswear landscape — have a pulse on the latest trends, competitive launches and category opportunities; bring forward new ideas to move the brand forward. Partner with customer team and agency to establish Menswear segmentation strategy. Leverage insights, competitive analysis, and performance data to inform product positioning and seasonal priorities. Own the “voice of the consumer” in collaboration with eCommerce, Retail, and Brand Marketing teams. Identify whitespace, category opportunities, and product storytelling gaps based on consumer behavior and industry trends.
