About The Position

Iridium is seeking an experienced Senior Digital Marketing Operations Manager to join their Global Marketing team. This role is ideal for someone with expertise in marketing operations, enterprise-level digital marketing ecosystems, and advanced knowledge of marketing automation technologies. The manager will be responsible for independently managing complex systems, processes, and cross-functional initiatives that drive demand generation, digital engagement, and data-driven marketing strategy. The focus will be on architecting scalable workflows, optimizing martech tools, and governing data for automated customer journeys and account-based marketing. The successful candidate will enjoy solving operational challenges, creating efficient processes, and collaborating with marketing, sales, analytics, and IT teams to enhance digital performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, data/analytics, or related field OR equivalent relevant experience.
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in marketing operations or digital marketing.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts, processes, and recommendations clearly.
  • Ability to build strong, collaborative relationships with cross-functional partners, including senior leadership.
  • Skilled at analyzing complex problems, generating effective solutions, and seeing them through to implementation.
  • Demonstrated creativity and resourcefulness in designing scalable processes.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment by managing multiple projects, shifting priorities, and competing deadlines.
  • Proactive in sharing knowledge, documenting processes, onboarding users, and driving adoption of new tools and workflows.
  • Passionate about operational efficiency, digital experience optimization, and transforming data into actionable insights.

  • Certifications in marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, or related martech tools.
  • Experience with AI-driven content, targeting, scoring, or optimization models.
  • Proficiency with BI or data visualization platforms.
  • Experience supporting ABM strategies and technologies.
  • Advanced knowledge of marketing data governance, enrichment sources, and segmentation approaches.

Responsibilities

  • Configure, optimize, and administer core marketing technology platforms for automation, data management, analytics, and account-based marketing.
  • Evaluate, select, and implement new marketing technologies to improve efficiency, scalability, and ROI.
  • Develop and maintain sophisticated workflows for lead capture, nurturing, automated campaigns, email journeys, and sales enablement.
  • Analyze data and provide insights and recommendations for demand generation, campaign performance, ABM engagement, and revenue attribution.
  • Determine and maintain lifecycle data flows between marketing and sales systems, including lead/account scoring, routing, CRM integration, and re-engagement programs.
  • Ensure data hygiene, enrichment, segmentation, and governance across marketing databases.
  • Manage the digital marketing campaigns calendar and communication cadences for balance, coordination, and alignment.
  • Provide internal consultation on best practices, technical guidance, and strategic recommendations to maximize digital campaign performance.
  • Create dashboards, reporting frameworks, and closed-loop measurement models.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to leverage AI and emerging technologies for demand generation.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors for martech administration, integrations, or project-based initiatives.
