About The Position
The Senior Developer II designs, develops, and maintains complex software applications that enable business transformation and digital innovation. The role applies advanced technical expertise in modern development frameworks, cloud technologies, and system integration to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions aligned with enterprise standards. The Senior Developer II leads the full software development lifecycle, from requirements analysis and design through development, testing, deployment, and maintenance. The role includes creating efficient, maintainable code, integrating systems and APIs, and ensuring applications meet performance, security, and quality standards. Working collaboratively with architects, business analysts, QA, and DevOps teams, the Senior Developer II contributes to solution design, technical decision-making, and continuous improvement of development processes and practices. The role also provides mentorship and guidance to junior developers, participates in code reviews, and helps establish development standards.
