About The Position

Promptwatch is hiring a Senior Designer to shape its product experience and own complex design projects from initial discovery through launch. The role spans product UX, data visualization, brand, and marketing, with a focus on making complex AI Search data clear and useful for customers. The designer will work directly with the founding team and collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Marketing. Design contributes to Promptwatch’s product experience, public research, and campaigns as the company grows across Europe and the United States.

Requirements

At least 5 years of experience in product design, ideally in B2B SaaS.
A strong portfolio of shipped products, ideally data-heavy or analytics-focused.
Experience independently owning projects from problem definition to launch.
Expertise in data visualization and information design.
Expert-level Figma skills.
Experience working with and contributing to design systems.
A strong sense of typography, layout, and color.
Comfort working closely with Product, Engineering, and Marketing in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

Experience mentoring junior designers.
Motion design experience, including After Effects, Lottie, or Principle.
Basic understanding of HTML/CSS.
Experience with B2B SaaS or technology branding.
Experience at an early-stage, fast-growing startup.

Responsibilities

Own design projects end to end, from discovery and user research to final, shipped UI.
Design complex data dashboards and analytics experiences that make AI Search data easy to understand and act on.
Solve complex user problems through flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
Contribute to and maintain the design system, keeping the product consistent as it grows.
Create data visualizations and infographics for the product and public research reports.
Support brand and marketing design, including campaigns and the website.
Collaborate closely with engineers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation.
