About The Position

BBDO is seeking a Senior Designer to own craft and bring strong conceptual thinking to campaign and brand work. The role designs across digital, social, print, and experiential mediums and helps shape the visual expression of big ideas. The Senior Designer collaborates closely with art directors, writers, and other designers to develop campaign identities, design systems, and thoughtful, striking content. This is a hands-on role focused on turning strategy into design that moves people.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of design experience, preferably in an agency or creative studio.
• A portfolio demonstrating smart thinking, clean execution, and versatility.
• Strong command of photography, typography, layout, and branding fundamentals.
• Ability to translate ideas into systems and stories across multiple formats.
• Collaborative mindset and a proactive, detail-oriented approach.
• Comfort presenting work and taking feedback.
• Familiarity with AI tools.
