About The Position

The Product Graphics designer develops and implements graphics for new and sustaining products. The role partners with Product Graphics Producers and cross-functional teams, including Industrial Design, Product Marketing, Product Design, Manufacturing Design, and Regional Compliance Teams, to ensure product graphic design treatments reflect Apple’s standards for simplicity and elegance. The Product Graphics team contributes to the development and execution of marketing experiences and supports innovation and creativity through its design work.

Requirements

• 7+ years of relevant experience in a graphic design organization.
• Portfolio exhibiting graphic design and/or production design projects.
• Expertise in 3D print/marking techniques and manufacturing processes.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, specifically Illustrator, and other applications including Photoshop, Acrobat, and InDesign.

Nice To Haves

• Experience designing specifically for consumer electronics.
• Meticulous attention to detail and extraordinary follow-through skills.
• Proven experience automating design processes for scale.
• Familiarity with 3D workflows and applications.
• Solutions-oriented and flexible, with a passion for design as it relates to product graphics artwork and hardware.
• Appreciation for and focus on quality of work and clear communication, with patience for the design and engineering process.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design.
