This contract role requires effective design and art direction skills for a wide range of print, social and digital materials such as magazine layout, point of sale, digital and social media.

Requirements

  • 6+ years in design or advertising, with a strong portfolio
  • Exceptional typography, layout, and storytelling skills with experience art directing large photoshoots
  • Experience in leading design for editorial, digital, social
  • Ability to think conceptually and execute at a high level
  • Strong presentation and collaboration skills
  • Expert in Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Advanced graphic design and typographical skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with shoots, video, or storyboarding is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Lead full projects from concept through to final execution
  • Create original, on-brand, insight-driven creative across channels
  • Collaborate with writers, marketers, and production teams
  • Present ideas clearly and confidently to senior stakeholders
  • Art direct photography and support content creation while collaborating with external photography teams
  • Create exceptional editorial layouts with the ability to make quick changes on set
  • Maintain brand standards and deliver high-quality work on tight timelines
  • Maintain effective workflow, and help ensure all creatives meet their deadlines
  • Monitor latest design trends and be familiar with competitor marketing programs
