The Graphic Designer will work in close collaboration with the senior designers and will be responsible for the declination of the concepts graphics, running in concert with branding strategies and art direction, executed as: Web banners static and animated HTML, printed and digital brochures, video editing, flyers, promotional items, etc.

Requirements

  • College or university diploma in graphic design
  • Minimum of four (4) years of experience in a similar role; Supporting portfolio
  • Knowledge of the Adobe CC suite
  • Mac environment
  • Bilingual (French and English), both orally and in writing
  • Demonstrate initiative and creativity
  • Demonstrate good judgment and professionalism
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills/analytical sense
  • Highly developed organizational skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Good problem solving skills
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Team spirit and ability to provide positive leadership
  • Comfortable in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in the travel industry (asset)

Responsibilities

  • Adaptation of creative concepts for 360° advertising campaigns
  • Maintain uniform layout and design of all marketing, communications and creative pieces
  • Ensure that each creative project is not isolated, but rather that it is part of a whole that will form the whole of a creative or advertising campaign
  • Participate in the production of main campaigns, the design of printed and/or digital brochures, advertisements, etc.
  • Liaise with the marketing department in order to obtain all the information necessary for the production of a project
  • Ability to give an estimate of the time required to complete the work
  • Proofread and revise projects to produce accurate and high quality final work
  • Responsible for the quality and accuracy of content, ensuring proper sign-off and final approvals
  • Monitor emerging technologies and new design trends
  • Any other related task
