About The Position

Celonis is hiring a Senior Deployment Engineer to lead hands-on implementation of Celonis solutions for enterprise customers in the Health and Life Sciences industry. The role combines Celonis platform expertise with AI-augmented workflows: the engineer specifies what needs to be built, directs AI deployment agents to carry out work where possible, validates and refines their outputs, and ensures solutions fit customer context and deliver measurable business impact. The engineer works with customer business and IT stakeholders to understand strategic objectives, define use cases and project requirements, configure solutions across the Celonis platform, and identify process inefficiencies. The role also leads value creation and adoption activities, manages delivery against scope and timelines, and enables customers to use and extend solutions independently. It includes developing industry and process-domain expertise, creating reusable solution patterns, and collaborating with Product and Business Apps teams to inform the platform roadmap. The position requires at least six years of relevant consulting or process-improvement experience, advanced SQL skills, strong customer-facing consulting and analytical abilities, and deep Health and Life Sciences industry expertise. Willingness to travel to customer locations up to 50% is required. Visa sponsorship is not offered.

  • Ability to steer customer workshops, present findings to management, manage stakeholder expectations, and deliver outcomes amid adversity and ambiguity.
  • Ability to work with both technical and business audiences.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a value-driven orientation, including the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and quantify business impact.
  • Willingness to continuously develop expertise through experimentation and comfort with ambiguity and evolving tools.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Technology Management, Business Informatics, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a comparable field.
