Requirements

Enjoy working in a team environment and be interested in growth and a broad range of health care business transactions.

Nice To Haves

Prior M&A experience representing both buyers and sellers.
Familiarity with regulatory issues in health care transactions, including Stark and fraud and abuse.

Responsibilities

Work on corporate transactions and mergers and acquisitions in the health care industry.
Draft and negotiate transaction documents, potentially including asset, stock, merger, employment, and escrow agreements.
Address health care regulatory issues associated with transactions, including Stark and fraud and abuse matters.
Work collaboratively in teams and contribute to client initiatives.
