About The Position

Gold Coast Dental is hiring a senior Dental Group executive to work on special projects. This executive-level role reports to the CEO and is responsible for turning broad or vague instructions into actionable steps, creating project roadmaps, and presenting them to the executive team for feedback and approval. The position requires both an executive-level understanding of the dental business and a willingness to do hands-on work to complete projects. Executives are expected to take full responsibility for completing their tasks, including addressing obstacles they may perceive as outside their control. Projects typically take 3–12 months from initiation through transition to operations. Examples include moving 95% of doctors off base pay and into bonus territory, doubling companywide internal referrals, implementing patient-processing and hygiene systems with documented adherence for 95% of patients, and improving patient retention by 40%. This is a full-time, in-person position with no work-from-home or hybrid arrangement. The role requires consistent travel to most or all dental offices. Candidates must have at least three years of executive-level dental group experience; candidates without this experience will not be considered.
