About The Position

Towne Lake Dental Group is seeking a Dental Hygienist to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a welcoming environment. The role offers a base hourly rate plus a hybrid commission bonus and a schedule of Monday through Thursday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., with alternating Fridays from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. The hygienist will deliver preventive care, educate patients about oral hygiene, perform cleanings and periodontal therapy, take radiographs, and collaborate with the clinical team to support overall patient care. Previous experience is preferred. New hires must pass a full-panel drug screening as a condition of employment.

Requirements

• Dental Hygiene license.
• CPR certification.
