About The Position

We’re hiring a Dental Hygienist who wants a supportive clinical environment, a predictable weekday schedule, and the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with patients. You’ll step into an established dental practice focused on preventive care, patient education, and delivering an excellent patient experience. You’ll see approximately 6–10 patients per day, with 45-minute to one-hour appointments, while working alongside a collaborative dental team. This role offers a Monday through Friday schedule, ideally with half days on Fridays, and no nights, weekends, or holidays. You will treat patients ages 6 and older, utilizing OpenDental EMR, and have weekly bonus opportunities.

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted Florida Dental Hygienist license
• Comfortable providing preventive dental care, including sealants, fluoride treatments, and routine cleanings
• Strong patient education and communication skills
• Comfortable assessing oral health, documenting treatment plans, and communicating findings to dentists
• Value patient-centered care and building long-term patient relationships
• New graduates are welcome if comfortable working as the sole Dental Hygienist
