We're looking for a strategic and hands-on Lead/Senior Demand Generation Manager to scale Replit's B2B demand generation function. You'll be responsible for building the enterprise campaign playbooks, creative programs, and audience engagement strategies that drive pipeline and revenue. This role is the architect of our enterprise marketing playbooks ā you'll own the campaign strategy, creative direction, and audience engagement programs that drive B2B pipeline. You'll define who we're targeting, what we're saying, and how we engage them across the buyer journey. You'll work closely with our AI-driven paid media optimization team, Sales Leadership, Revenue Operations, Product Marketing, and Sales Enablement.
