We're looking for a Senior Manager, Demand Generation to own and scale LIV's demand engine—driving pipeline through paid media, inbound marketing, email and lifecycle programs, organic social, and campaign strategy. This is a high-impact, high-autonomy role for someone who is equal parts strategist and executor, and eager to apply AI to build a modern demand generation flywheel. You'll stand up campaigns from scratch, run experiments, read the data, and iterate without waiting for permission. This role reports to the VP of Marketing and partners closely with sales leadership, revops, and cross-functional stakeholders including product and CX teams. You'll bring strong project management instincts, proactive communication, and the ability to move at startup speed.
