About The Position

Our website is our highest-leverage owned channel — load-bearing for the brands we serve today and central to our move upmarket. As buyers increasingly research vendors through AI-driven and answer-engine surfaces, the brands that own search, content, and conversion end-to-end will win the next phase of demand. We’re hiring a Senior Demand Generation Manager, Web & Content to own and compound that advantage. You’ll be the dedicated owner of Swap’s organic and demand generation ecosystem across SEO, AEO, GEO, conversion optimization, and content — turning the website into a measurable, compounding pipeline engine. You’ll partner closely with our brand, product, paid media, RevOps, and agency partners, and you’ll build the agentic, AI-assisted workflows that let a lean team produce and optimize at scale. This is a builder’s role for someone who is equally comfortable in a technical SEO audit, a CRO experiment design, and a content brief — and who measures success in pipeline, not page views.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in demand generation, growth, or organic marketing at a B2B SaaS or technology company, with a track record of driving measurable pipeline.
  • Deep, hands-on expertise in technical and content SEO, plus a strong point of view on AEO/GEO and how AI-driven discovery is changing B2B buying.
  • Proven CRO experience — landing pages, experimentation, and funnel optimization that moved conversion, not just traffic.
  • Highly analytical and comfortable owning the numbers: search and web analytics, attribution, and performance reporting.
  • Fluency with modern AI-assisted and agentic content/optimization workflows, and a builder’s instinct for turning manual work into scalable systems.
  • Strong cross-functional operator who can partner with brand, product, paid, sales, RevOps, and external agencies.
  • Execution-oriented and outcome-driven — you ship, measure, learn, and iterate quickly.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience marketing to ecommerce, retail, or commerce-infrastructure buyers.
  • Familiarity with ABM motions and supporting enterprise pipeline.
  • Hands-on experience with workflow automation tools and building content/SEO tooling.
  • Experience with structured data and schema (FAQPage, Article, Organization) for search and answer-engine visibility.

Responsibilities

  • Own and evolve Swap’s SEO, AEO, and GEO strategy — improving discoverability across traditional search engines and AI-powered discovery platforms.
  • Identify high-intent keyword opportunities aligned to pipeline, and build content and page architecture to win them.
  • Build scalable backlink and authority-building programs to strengthen domain authority and organic performance.
  • Run ongoing competitive analysis across organic search, paid search, AI discovery surfaces, and positioning to surface gaps and emerging behaviors.
  • Design agentic, AI-assisted content workflows that accelerate high-quality production, optimization, testing, and distribution at scale.
  • Partner with web, design, and brand teams to improve site performance and conversion across the funnel.
  • Optimize landing pages, CTAs, forms, and user journeys; build a per-account and campaign landing-page system that supports targeted growth.
  • Analyze behavioral and funnel data to find drop-off points and growth opportunities, and run a disciplined experimentation program.
  • Align paid and organic search strategy on keywords, audiences, and messaging to maximize efficiency and conversion.
  • Surface insights from paid campaigns to sharpen organic content — and vice versa.
  • Own the editorial calendar, asset library, and thought-leadership cadence, aligning content output to demand and account-based marketing.
  • Improve organic social discoverability and engagement, with a focus on LinkedIn and other relevant channels.
  • Partner with content, creative, and sales to build content that influences pipeline and revenue.
  • Track and report on growth metrics tied to pipeline and revenue influence.
  • Partner with RevOps and analytics to improve attribution visibility and measurement frameworks across organic and paid.
  • Translate performance data into clear insights and prioritized recommendations.
