About The Position

The Senior Data Architect will lead the design and advancement of Denver International Airport’s modern data ecosystem using Microsoft Fabric and cloud-scale analytics. The role shapes how data is captured, integrated, modeled, and governed to support enterprise reporting, advanced analytics, and AI initiatives. The architect collaborates with business partners and technical teams to deliver clean, trusted, well-structured data assets; guides organizational best practices; and mentors team members while advancing a scalable, future-ready data architecture. The position develops and maintains complex enterprise data models and integrations in Microsoft Fabric; designs ingestion, cleansing, standardization, storage, and dimensional-modeling solutions across bronze, silver, and gold data layers; and leads enterprise data acquisition, migration, integration, and ETL/ELT solutions. It uses OneLake as the data foundation and Fabric pipelines, notebooks, Python/PySpark, Spark SQL, and other Fabric-native capabilities to connect and process enterprise sources.
