About the position

This position is based in London with a hybrid model of remote and in-person work.
Responsibilities
- Support the growth plan and ongoing development of marketplaces
- Conduct user and product analytics to uncover opportunities for growth
- Assess the impact of marketing efforts and assist the CRM and Performance teams
- Interface with the core product analytics team to analyze user and feature metrics
- Help assess and report on business performance, working with finance and business teams
- Evaluate new opportunities for business growth, including entering new countries and exploring new businesses
- Conduct research (quantitative and qualitative) to generate insights on customer behavior and needs
- Assist with business reviews and operations
- Provide analytics support for experimentation and exploring new ideas
- Train the rest of the international team in data analytics
- Maintain a deep understanding of business drivers and provide context and support for interpreting reporting data
- Scope problems, formulate relevant questions, and draw insights from data
- Have 5+ years of analytics experience, preferably in supporting digital services with a B2C freemium subscription model
- Possess a growth mindset and a "can-do" attitude
- Proficient in SQL, Tableau, Excel, or similar tools for creating and maintaining reports
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment and resolve ambiguities and competing priorities
- Demonstrate impact working with stakeholders.
Requirements
- 5+ years of analytics experience, preferably supporting digital services with a B2C freemium subscription model
- Strong ability to scope problems, formulate relevant questions, and draw insights from data
- Experience in SQL, Tableau, Excel, or similar tools for creating and maintaining reports
- Ability to support marketing, product, and business teams in analyzing data and making informed decisions
- Detail-oriented and data-driven mindset
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Curiosity and hunger to drive business growth
- Experience in user and product analytics, marketing analytics, and business analytics
- Familiarity with conducting market assessments and research to identify new opportunities
- Ability to train and support the international team in using data analytics
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with stakeholders
- Ability to interpret reporting data and provide context to business leaders.
