Mid-Weight Designer

We are seeking an experienced mid-weight designer to join our team at Life360 as we expand our international business. This role will play a crucial part in supporting our membership model expansion in key international markets by creating impactful design solutions and collaborating with the marketing team. The successful candidate will have a passion for design, strong project management skills, and proficiency in visual design principles. This role is based in London and reports to the Director of Marketing.

• Delight and inspire current and potential Life360 members through high-quality design solutions
• Incorporate beautiful typography, iconography, imagery, color, and composition in design work
• Understand and interpret briefs to deliver impactful design work
• Develop visual design explorations for various projects and concepts
• Deliver pixel-perfect assets and design specifications across multiple channels
• Leverage the Life360 Brand Guidelines and contribute to the ongoing development of the visual identity
• Establish a productive workflow and cadence with the marketing team for campaign design and delivery
• Participate in creative ideation sessions to find solutions to design prompts and challenges
• Articulate and present work effectively, incorporating feedback from stakeholders
• Stay close to Life360 members and prioritize their needs in design thinking
• Strive for best-in-class design and stay updated on the latest trends in evolving channels
• Manage projects effectively and demonstrate strong project management skills
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and I

• At least 4+ years of graphic design experience
• A strong portfolio displaying creative thinking and visual skills
• A passion for design, communication, and storytelling
• Proficiency in visual design principles and proof of their application to a variety of media
• Sharp visual-eye and attention to detail
• Strong project management skills
• Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and I
