About the position
You will be responsible for managing client relationships and closing new clients, ensuring their success and driving adoption of the Stensul platform. Your role will involve communicating the value of Stensul to both C-level executives and end users, helping customers achieve their desired outcomes, and identifying growth opportunities within their organizations. Additionally, you will monitor adoption trends, share best practices, and optimize customer usage of Stensul.
Responsibilities
Requirements
- 6+ years of relevant work experience in customer success, account management, or sales at a SaaS company
- Passion for customer success, and ability to put the customer first
- Experience working in an account team environment
- Strong experience in a customer-facing role, advising C-level executives
- Understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem, preferably focused on email technology and key best practices and trends in email marketing
- Experience in owning and growing a book of business by navigating large, complex enterprise organizations with a proven track record of consistently hitting targets
