Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in customer service, relations, or sales; 2+ years in a leadership role.
  • Transportation industry experience required.
  • Strong judgment and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex issues.
  • Proven ability to lead, influence, and motivate across diverse, cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and decision-making skills with a creative approach.
  • Effective negotiation skills and the ability to drive outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic leadership to National Customer Account teams and focus on increasing profitability.
  • Lead and inspire national account teams by fostering an inclusive, high-performance culture grounded in collaboration and accountability.
  • Develop and coach talent through hands-on learning, data-driven problem solving, and continuous growth opportunities.
  • Align resources and tools to support efficient operations, strong team engagement, and data-informed decision-making.
  • Drive customer strategies through a blend of analytical insights and innovative thinking.
  • Leverage data from multiple sources (including Excel) to uncover trends, inform strategy, and enhance customer outcomes.
  • Promote a culture of curiosity, using data to identify opportunities, improve satisfaction, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Stay current on industry trends and analytics tools to strengthen team capabilities and organizational impact.
  • Partner cross-functionally to achieve shared goals and reinforce a collaborative, results-driven environment.
