The Senior Account Manager will serve as a collaborator for all Account Managers, assisting with customer service-related questions, problems, and issue resolutions. This role acts as an escalation point for account managers when issues exceed their current job knowledge. The Senior Account Manager will work directly with the Retail Customer Service Supervisor and Manager to uphold the highest standards of customer service. The position reports to the Retail Customer Service Manager and collaborates closely with the Retail Customer Service Manager and Retail Customer Service Supervisor in developing, motivating, and training employees. Additionally, the Senior Account Manager will be responsible for long-term customer service projects that require deviations from standard processes.
