The Commercial Services Account Management team manages a portfolio of customers interconnected to the National Grid transmission system that connect to or operate within our networks in New York State. The Account Manager role includes maintaining customer relations with our wholesale generation customers & developers, municipalities, large load retail customers, and other transmission owners in New York State operating under the jurisdiction of the NYISO and the FERC. The Account Manager will maintain ownership of the day-to-day relationships with our customers, contract management, and project management of transmission customer projects to ensure superior customer satisfaction, compliance with contracts and tariffs, and to enhance National Grid’s corporate reputation. They will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to meet customer needs while ensuring compliance with requirements and protecting National Grid’s interests.
