This role involves architecting the talent strategy, building a top-tier recruiting team from scratch, and attracting top sales talent in the fast-paced logistics industry. The ideal candidate will have infectious enthusiasm for connecting driven people with massive opportunity.

Requirements

2–5 years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
Experience in 3PL, freight brokerage, or high-volume sales recruiting is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree required.
A fierce sense of urgency and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
Exceptional communication skills.
Flexibility to pivot quickly, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to evolving needs.
Highly collaborative work style.

Responsibilities

Build and lead a high-performing recruiting team to fuel Avenue’s aggressive growth.
Own campus recruiting by cultivating relationships with universities and building a pipeline of early-career talent.
Design and execute innovative talent acquisition strategies to attract sales professionals.
Utilize various platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, social media, network) to find and engage candidates.
Amplify the Avenue brand through recruitment events and touchpoints.
Collaborate with the HR team on New Hire Orientation and other strategic initiatives to ensure a world-class candidate experience.
