Contract to Perm Senior Paralegal

Naviga•Palo Alto, CA

About The Position

A premier global business law firm is seeking an experienced Senior Corporate Paralegal to support corporate and transactional practice groups. The role is an indefinite-duration contract assignment with direct temp-to-perm potential. The paralegal will partner with attorneys and clients across multiple offices and manage capitalization, entity formation, transaction closings, and regulatory filings with minimal supervision. Primary office locations are San Diego, Palo Alto, and Los Angeles, California. A hybrid schedule is preferred for local candidates, while fully remote flexibility may be considered for exceptional, fully qualified candidates. The role requires coordination across West Coast and national offices. No travel outside standard regional office engagements is required. The position offers substantial autonomy and involvement in high-profile transactions, including venture capital, M&A, and financing work. The expected hourly rate is $53.64–$77.54, depending on qualifications, experience, and geographic location. Overtime is paid in accordance with applicable laws. Medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) access are available during the engagement, with a potential long-term path to permanent firm conversion.
