About The Position

A premier global law firm is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Corporate Paralegal for an indefinite-duration contract assignment with direct temp-to-perm potential. The role supports high-stakes transactional matters, private company equity administration, and ongoing corporate governance. The paralegal will work closely with corporate attorneys across multiple practice offices and is expected to be operational immediately, without ramp-up time. The position is based in California, with primary office hubs in San Diego, Palo Alto, or Los Angeles. It follows a flexible hybrid schedule combining in-office team days with remote work flexibility. Candidates must be locally based within commuting distance of their designated home office. Relocation assistance and travel outside regional hub activities are not anticipated. The anticipated hiring range is $52.02 to $63.17 per hour, depending on qualifications, experience, and geographic market. Medical, dental, and vision coverage options are available during the contract term. The role offers exposure to venture capital, M&A, and emerging growth corporate work, meaningful autonomy, direct client entity ownership, potential permanent firm conversion, and opportunities to expand transactional skills.
