The Product Marketing & Thought Leadership team is the strategic voice behind how Slack shows up in the market. We shape the company's narrative, define its messaging architecture, and build the content and influence engine that establishes Slack as the definitive leader in the future of work. That means crafting the arguments that move analysts, the content that earns attention, and the category frameworks that make Slack impossible to ignore. We don't just describe what Slack does — we define what the market believes about where work is going. Slack is redefining what it means to work — not just with other people, but with AI. As the multiplayer OS for AI, Slack is the only place where human and agent collaboration actually happens at scale. We're looking for a senior content strategist and writer who can make that story impossible to ignore. This is a hands-on creative role for someone who thinks in narratives and writes in arguments. You'll own Slack's most important external content — from category-defining whitepapers and trend reports to launch narratives and executive thought leadership — and set the editorial standard for how Slack shows up in the market. You'll report to the Director of External Narrative & Influence and work at the center of product marketing, editorial strategy, and market storytelling.
