SENIOR CONTENT PRODUCER

Los Angeles Collective LLC•Los Angeles, CA
•$115,000 - $125,000

About The Position

The Senior Content Producer is the hands-on producer, videographer, and editor responsible for end-to-end production of social-first content for L'AGENCE. The role turns brand and product moments into a consistent, on-brand pipeline of video, photo, and editorial assets for organic and paid social. Working alongside the Social Media Coordinator and Senior Manager of Social and Content, the producer increases content volume and speed while maintaining brand standards, producing platform-native assets for launches, responding quickly to trends, and developing reusable assets for paid, organic, CRM, wholesale, and retail channels. The role owns production planning and execution, including briefs, shot lists, call sheets, scheduling, on-set direction, post-production, shoot budgets, timelines, and coordination of talent, styling, locations, product samples, and freelance crew. It creates content for Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube Shorts, and emerging channels; partners on creator, influencer, and UGC content; supports live shopping and streaming; and supplies content variations and cutdowns for paid social, CRM, websites, wholesale, and retail partners. The producer also manages the production side of the content calendar and a searchable asset library with usage rights tracked, maintains L'AGENCE brand standards, and uses performance learnings to inform future production. Success is measured by content volume, turnaround time, engagement, paid creative efficiency, asset reuse, and budget adherence. The first 90 days involve auditing content and workflows, meeting cross-functional partners, launching a production calendar and brief template, running owned shoots, establishing a steady weekly cadence, and sharing an initial performance readout with recommended format bets. Continued employment is at-will. The employee may also be asked to perform other job-related duties in compliance with applicable laws.
