About The Position

The Senior Consultant, High Performance Operating Model (HPOM), serves as an enterprise leader and steward for Emplify Health’s HPOM. The role ensures that the operating model, governance, workflows, and tools work together as an integrated system, from idea generation through measurable results. The Senior Consultant partners with executive and operational leaders, performance teams, project owners, and other stakeholders to strengthen alignment, improve execution discipline, and support enterprise priorities in a complex, matrixed organization. The High Performance Operating Model is Emplify Health’s blueprint for delivering value to patients and customers and operating the organization while maintaining an engaged culture. It aligns people, processes, and technology with the organization’s mission, vision, values, and goals, and includes Strategic Planning, Execution Model, and Outcomes. The role evaluates and improves HPOM governance, clarifies decision-making and accountability, connects component owners and teams, and facilitates forums that support timely decisions and initiative delivery. It embeds outcome measurement and value realization into processes, recommends continuous improvements, and leads workshops, planning sessions, and change efforts. The Senior Consultant also develops playbooks, procedures, templates, training, communications, and other resources, and coaches leaders and teams on HPOM, governance, operating models, organizational effectiveness, continuous improvement, and strategic execution. Success is measured by increased HPOM adoption and understanding; improved alignment between strategic planning, execution, and outcomes; effective enterprise governance and decision-making; facilitation that leads to timely decisions and execution progress; continuous improvement of HPOM processes, tools, and structures; and stronger organizational capability for execution, accountability, and continuous improvement. The position is hybrid with occasional on-site presence required, and remote work may be available in select roles subject to organizational approval and policy.
