About The Position

The Senior Consultant, High Performance Operating Model (HPOM), serves as an enterprise leader and steward for Emplify Health’s HPOM. The Senior Consultant partners with executive and operational leaders, performance teams, and other stakeholders to strengthen alignment, improve execution discipline, and support enterprise priorities across a complex, matrixed organization. The HPOM is Emplify Health’s blueprint for delivering value to patients and customers and operating the organization while maintaining an engaged culture. It brings people, processes, and technology together in support of the organization’s mission, vision, values, and goals, and includes strategic planning, the execution model, and outcomes. The role evaluates and improves HPOM effectiveness, governance, decision-making, ownership, accountability, and alignment. It connects HPOM components and their owners, builds relationships across functions, facilitates governance and planning forums, and helps teams resolve barriers and deliver initiatives. It embeds outcome measurement and value realization in HPOM processes, recommends continuous improvements, and advises leaders on adoption and implementation of HPOM practices and changes. The Senior Consultant also develops playbooks, procedures, templates, training, communications, and other resources; serves as a subject matter expert; and coaches leaders and teams on HPOM processes, governance, operating models, organizational effectiveness, continuous improvement, and strategic execution. Success is measured by improved HPOM adoption, stronger alignment between strategy, execution, and outcomes, effective governance and decision-making, timely decisions and execution progress, ongoing improvements, and greater organizational capability for accountability and continuous improvement.
