About The Position

Responsible for developing and managing commercial loan relationships and, if assigned, managing the collection process. The role works toward customer service goals established in the Commercial Loan Department's annual operating plan and follows operating policies and procedures for commercial services. It also involves communicating with appropriate personnel, responding to inquiries and information requests, maintaining records and preparing assigned reports, and providing guidance and on-the-job training to Commercial Loan Officer I and II(s).

Requirements

• A B.S. or B.A. degree in a related field is normally required.
• Specialized banking education and training.
• Proficient reading, writing, grammar, and mathematics skills.
• Proficient interpersonal relations, communication, and sales skills.
• Thorough knowledge of the features and benefits of all bank commercial products and services.
• Working knowledge of bank operating policies and procedures that impact commercial services.
• Technical skills sufficient to provide guidance and training to Commercial Loan Officer I and II(s).
• Visual and auditory skills.
• Valid driver's license.
• A minimum of six years' experience in related positions is normally required.
