About The Position

One Community Bank is hiring a Senior Commercial Loan Administrator at its Stoughton location. This role supports business lending operations by preparing commercial loan documentation, managing loan closings, and overseeing portfolio management to improve the efficiency of the loan department. The position works with Commercial Bankers, clients, title companies, and other stakeholders to facilitate communication and coordinate closings. It also involves compiling data, preparing loan documents using LaserPro, and mentoring fellow Commercial Loan Administrators while promoting compliance and high-quality work.

Requirements

At least two years of banking experience.
Proficiency in LaserPro and Abrigo.
A solid understanding of loan documentation software and financial regulations.
Knowledge of business and personal financial statements, tax returns, and credit reports.
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, communication skills, and organizational skills.
Advanced Microsoft Office capabilities.
Positive attitude and willingness to assist with various organizational functions.

Responsibilities

Prepare commercial loan documentation accurately and on time.
Manage loan closings and coordinate with stakeholders, including Commercial Bankers, clients, and title companies.
