About The Position

The Senior Commercial Lines Account Manager supports the sales of and provides service for commercial insurance customers. The role handles changes, updates, and value-added services, manages a diverse book of house accounts, and supports designated sales staff. This is a full-time, onsite position requiring insurance experience and an active Property & Casualty license.

Requirements

• Active Property & Casualty license.
• Insurance experience.
• Three years of insurance experience.
• Ability to manage different projects and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Clear and calm verbal and written communication, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to plan and operate in an organized manner.
• Ability to work as part of a team while maintaining a positive attitude and good energy in the workplace.
• Senior-level performance and professionalism, setting an example for others.

Responsibilities

• Answer clients’ questions regarding payments and notices.
• Process endorsements for clients.
• Manage a diverse book of house accounts.
• Cross-sell additional lines of business to existing customers.
• Support designated sales staff.
• Review and respond to renewal activities.
• Follow up and see tasks through to completion.
• Support sales and provide service for commercial insurance customers, including handling changes, updates, and value-added services.
