About The Position

Dimond Bros. is seeking a highly motivated Senior Commercial Lines Account Manager to support Commercial Producers and carrier partners with placing new business and servicing existing customers while maintaining strong relationships among all parties. This is a full-time, on-site position, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The role includes marketing new and existing business to carriers, collaborating on new-business and renewal strategies, preparing proposals and renewal summaries, issuing complex Certificates of Insurance, reviewing contracts, and servicing an assigned book of business. The Senior Commercial Lines Account Executive also participates in client and carrier meetings and handles coverage reviews and client inquiries. The stated pay range is $50,000–$70,000. Requirements

Active Property & Casualty Producer License.
At least 3 years of experience as a Commercial Lines Account Executive.
Strong insurance knowledge and confidence discussing coverage with clients and underwriters.
Proficiency in agency systems, Microsoft Office, and carrier tools.
Commitment to ongoing professional development.
