Senior Commercial Insurance Specialist
About The Position
The Senior Commercial Lines Specialist provides quotes to prospective customers, discusses options, and consults with customers to meet their insurance needs. This role is responsible for building relationships and producing insurance sales. This role differs from a Commercial Lines Specialist based on the level of experience and book of business with the selected candidate. Salary will be commensurate with qualifications, and additional compensation may be made available for well-qualified candidates. This is a full-time, onsite role. Experience and proper licensing are required.
Requirements
- Licensed – Active Property & Casualty License required.
- Insurance experience necessary.
- Prior commercial insurance experience required.
- Ability to successfully manage different projects and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- The ability to speak and write in a clear and calm manner, ensuring customer satisfaction above all.
- Ability to plan and operate in a well-organized manner.
- Ability to work as a part of a team, as well as maintain a positive attitude and good energy in the workplace.
- Senior-level team members will conduct themselves with an elevated level of professionalism and performance, setting an example for the team
Responsibilities
- Follow up with prospects – WE PROVIDE LEADS!
- Quote and sell policies
- Protect the best interests of both our clients and insurance company partners
- Follow up and see tasks thru to completion
- Appropriately document contact opportunities
- Act with professionalism, understanding the importance of both a sales and a services mindset
