About The Position

The Senior Commercial HVAC Technician performs preventive maintenance, service, and repairs on commercial and industrial HVAC/R equipment and related mechanical systems. The role maintains and services systems including hydronic, steam, chilled water, DX, forced air, heat pump, VAV, constant volume, exhaust, and heat recovery equipment. The technician is also responsible for maintaining tools, supplies, and equipment.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a commercial or industrial service technician.
• Service and repair experience with HVAC/R equipment, including electrical, refrigeration, gas/oil, VAV/mixing boxes, fan boxes, controls, VRF, VFD, CRAC, DX, water source heat pumps (WSHP), chillers, boilers, and related hydronic equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, service, and repairs on HVAC equipment.
• Maintain and service hydronic, steam, chilled water, DX, forced air, heat pump, VAV, constant volume, exhaust, heat recovery, and related mechanical systems.
• Maintain tools, supplies, and equipment.
