Senior Commercial HVAC Technician
About The Position

The Senior Commercial HVAC Technician diagnoses, troubleshoots, services, and repairs large commercial HVAC systems. The role handles complex service calls independently, performs preventative maintenance, interprets technical documentation, communicates findings and recommendations to customers, and supports other technicians with complex diagnostics when needed.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of demonstrated commercial HVAC service experience.
- Strong background servicing equipment in large commercial environments.
- Advanced HVAC diagnostic and troubleshooting ability.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, service, and repair large commercial HVAC systems.
- Handle complex service calls independently, from diagnosis through repair.
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and control-related system issues.
- Perform preventative maintenance and identify potential equipment failures.
- Read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical documentation.
- Communicate findings and repair recommendations professionally with customers.
- Support other technicians with complex diagnostics when needed.
