Senior Commercial HVAC Technician
About The Position
The Senior Commercial HVAC Technician diagnoses, troubleshoots, services, and repairs large commercial HVAC systems. The role independently handles complex service calls from diagnosis through repair, addresses electrical, mechanical, and control-related system issues, and performs preventative maintenance to identify potential equipment failures. The technician reads and interprets wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical documentation, communicates findings and repair recommendations professionally to customers, and supports other technicians with complex diagnostics when needed.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of demonstrated commercial HVAC service experience.
- Strong background servicing equipment in large commercial environments.
- Advanced HVAC diagnostic and troubleshooting ability.
