About The Position

The Sr. Clinical Specialist is the engine behind a successful implementation and ongoing clinical adoption. You bring technical mastery, instructional skill, and project ownership to every account you touch — and your work is what makes the difference between a customer who renews and one who drifts. We're a mission-driven, growth-stage company with a proven install base and aggressive expansion goals. If you're energized by complexity, thrive in clinical environments, and want your work to matter, this is the role. The Sr. Clinical Specialist is a highly proficient, execution-focused member of the field team — dedicated to clinical implementation, user training, and increasing adoption across all levels. Working closely with Clinical Success Managers, Project Managers and the Application Support team, this role owns the training and clinical project delivery workstreams that drive measurable outcomes for customers and the company. Where the Clinical Success Manager leads the relationship and owns account health, the Sr. Clinical Specialist owns execution depth. That narrower focus creates higher mastery of the platform, of implementation processes, and of how to meet clinicians where they are, in the workflows that matter most to their patients. This is a remote position with a 50% travel expectation. Every Sr. Clinical Specialist owns the full clinical scope of the role and carries a specialization — a defined area of company value where you spend dedicated time and build deep expertise. The area of specialty will be defined with its own key responsibilities and qualifications and may adjust over time based on needs of the organization.
