About The Position

This role is for a Senior Clinical Operations Specialist, a pharmacist who will manage clinical service design and associated clinical configurations. The specialist will serve as a senior clinical operations resource for both internal and external stakeholders, provide ongoing support and management of the Insight clinical engine, and oversee clinical opportunity generation processes. Additionally, this role involves acting as a Clinical liaison with product teams. Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining clinical rules for the Insight Clinical Engine, designing and implementing new clinical programs aligned with client requests, network pharmacist capabilities, and company priorities. The role also requires implementing and maintaining clinical programs in accordance with CMS guidelines, quality measures, and clinical guidelines, as well as developing and maintaining service attributes. The specialist will conceptualize new covered services and coordinate with Product, Clinical Program Management, Quality Management, and technology teams to define requirements. Continuous evaluation of clinical reporting and definition of enhancement requirements are also part of the role. The position may involve participation in national industry meetings, trade shows, and client visits, answering clinical questions from the Network, serving as a process owner for operational tasks/projects, and acting as a product SME for Outcomes product offerings.

Requirements

Experience with MTM, preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office products
Strong organizational and time management skills

Pharmacy Degree (BS or PharmD)
Active pharmacist license in good standing with a state board of pharmacy

Responsibilities
